Were looking for a Training and Development Officer to join a passionate and dedicated charity who support carers and their families in the community across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk. Salary up to £27K dependent on experience. This role will be homeworking, with flexibility to travel to services in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.Youll need experience of delivering training within health and social care and some supervisory / management experience too. The successful candidate will deliver elements of teaching, learning and assessment to new social care learners as well as coordinating learning and development activities for all employees and volunteers.
