Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UKWith 150 years of heritage and evolution behind them, our client is now an established name in the fulfilment arena. They believe in putting their customers first and due to continued expansion, they are now looking for two Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly team.The role of Customer Service Advisor is key to the department as you will be the first point of contact for clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.In this role you will be:
  • Responding to customer queries and advising via telephone.
  • Responding to customer complaints in the correct SLAs.
  • Providing information to customers and looking into queries end to end.
  • Escalating issues to the correct teams and managers where appropriate to do so.
  • Responding to emails and tickets.
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Working Hours: 8-4pm or 9-5pm, can be flexible once agreed with Customer Service Manager and Team Leader.About You:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to use initiative and work through busy times
  • Great leadership skills – taking responsibility for completing tasks
  • Team player willing to lead by example - not only in customer services but other service areas
  • Active listening skills with patience and great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Flexible and adaptable when handling customer calls and queries
