This is an exciting time tro join the Kegworth team as the siteis currently undergoing serious investment in our people, infrastructure and product development. You will be part of the siteleadership team, reporting to the General Manager, leading the site quality team, making a significant contributiontotaking the site forward, driving forward the quailty agenda,leading new product implementations improvements and maintaining and improving audit results. Refresco is always growing, always innovating, always changing, it isnt for everyone, but it is foryou if you are passionate about what you do, take ownership and enjoy a dynamic team working environment.About the RoleIn addition to being part of the site leadership team, leading the site quality teamand the site quality agenda, driving engagement and increasing quality knowledge amongst your Kegworth colleagues, you will alsobe part of the wider Refresco UK technicalteam with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Technical and making a key contribution tooverall Refresco UK technical and food quality development and projects.You will be accountable for site implementation of our quality agenda, complying with legal,group and customer requirements and working closely with site teamto ensure that all aspectsare performed in line with standards.Here are some of your key responsibilities:

• Ensure the site is safe, legally compliant, meeting all internal and external standards including deliveringexcellent audit results from a food safety perspective
• Lead your site quality team, developing, coaching, empowering
• Leading the site quality agenda on the site and engaging the all colleagues on the site in quality, increasing their knowledge of processes and best practice
• Building great relationships with external customer food technical and quality teams
• Ensuredue diligence canbe demonstrated to satisfy the requirements of external agencies
• Reporting internal Refresco KPIs to the site management team
• Leading the product/packaging implementation technologists and operational teams to ensure that the launch and trial of new products is completed in a timely manner, meeting food safety, legal and customer requirements and that process changes are evaluated,risk assessed, validated and documented.

About YouIf you match this profile we would like to hear from you:

• You will need experience of leading aquality team with a clear vision, coaching and empowering your team
• You will need FMCG industry sector experience preferably in food and / or drink
• A degree in aScience or Food Technology is preferred or 5+ years industry experience in a similartechnical/quality role
• You will need to be fully familiar with modern manufacturing methodologies, and show that you have delivered new product implementations and have a successful internal / external customer audit record
• You will have experience and feel comfortable in a fast moving, fast changing 24/7 manufacturing environment with many SKUs, new product implententations and new automatedengineering equipment
