This role is critical to ensure the successful implementation of SAP across our 6 manufacturing sites in the UK.A great opportunity to be involved in an interesting project with complexity, if you are an experienced IT Business Analyst with SAP project management and implementation specialism, we would like to hear from you!About the RoleYou will be reporting directly to the Head of IT.Although based at our Refresco UK Kegworth Head Office this role will be required to do a high level of travelling including overnight stays, in particular at our Bridgwater site in Somerset, in the first 12 -18 months, so that you can plan and implementSAP.You are already an experiencedSAP Business Analyst,so you probably know what is involved, but to be transparent, here are some of your key tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure IT project business requirements are understood and incorporated into project plans, specifically Project Aspire (SAP).
• Capture, summarise and communicate key challenges and business impact in relation to major projects including Project Aspire.
• Lead and participate in workshops responding to functional business requests, and propose appropriate and realistic solutions.
• Propose options and process improvement plans to both UK and Group projects.
• Communicate project updates, actions required, and outcomes within Refresco UK.
• Facilitiate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana (1809/1909).
• Prepares process documentation to be used for training and onboarding.
• Transfer and support SAP process knowledge upskilling to functional owner

About youYou will need SAP experience, so that you can lead the SAP implementation project at Refresco UK (Project Aspire). You will need to have used or trained SAP, and been involved in a SAP implementation project, ideally multi-site, previously. FMCG or relatedindustry sector (pharmaceutical / retail) experience is an advantage.You are ideally a generalist IT professional with an understanding of all elements of an IT function in a large organisation and how they fit together.Just as important, you are passionate about what you do,comfortable working with and communicating at all levels of seniority, both internally and externally, commercially minded, and able to adapt and respond at short notice if needed.Ultimately, we want you to reflect and resonate the Refresco Values as we believe these are what has made us successful to date and will help us to grow in the future.Find out more about the Refresco Vaues here:https://uk/about/our-valuesReward & Benefits:The salary for this role is dependent on experience. As stated above the role includes a car allowance for the duration of the SAP implementation project (12 to 18 months).
