Job Description

Are you looking for a busy and fast-paced Mortgage Administrator job based in KegworthAs a Mortgage Administrator, you will be providing dedicated support to their busy team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors. In your role, you will provide full support from start to finish of each case, through

  • Processing mortgage and protection cases
  • Inputting full mortgage applications and DIPs
  • Liaising with all relevant parties (clients, lenders, solicitors, new build property developers)
  • Administering new cases from application to completion
  • Ensuring CRM and relevant software systems remain fully up to date and accurate
  • Proactively assisting the Mortgage Advisors and wider team
    • Mortgage Administrator requirements
  • You must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator and experience of the start to finish process
  • Ideally you would have existing new build mortgage / help to buy experience and knowledge
  • You should also have a drive to succeed and good have interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing mortgage and protection products such as life assurance, income protection and critical illness

  • Salary of £20,000 to £24,000 dependent upon experience
  • Plus, group pension scheme (after qualifying period, WPA health benefits and bonus scheme
  • Monday to Friday with shift patterns of 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm
