Company description:Refresco UK is part of Refresco Group based Rotterdasm, the largest independent soft drinks manufacturer in the worldJob description:Interim Finance Manager - FMCG Manufacturing - Refresco UK - Kegworth (Leicestershire) Head Office - just off Junction 24 of the M1Day rate or Fixed Term Contract - 6 monthsRefresco, the worlds leading independent soft drinks manufacturer seeks a qualified, experienced, expertInterimFinance Manager, to temporarily lead the Operations Finance Control team within the Refresco UK Finance function.With your team you will work closely with the Refresco UK sites to provide them, insight and robust financial analysis and also challenge existing and future costs as well as capital expenditure. You will lead the team to provide accurate management accounts,budgets and forecasts, and drill down to identify the key activity cost drivers for your internal stakeholders.This role is central to us achieving outstanding performance levels across our 6 UK sites.If you are an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience of a fast pace demanding environment in which you need to get hands on and can show you are an inspiring, collaborative team leader able to influence and challenge internal stakeholderswhen required we would like to hear from you!About the RoleAs Interim Operations Finance Manager you will report to the Finance Controller and lead a team of 4. The key duties and responsibilities are:

  • Lead and own the planning and reporting cycles across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement for 3 year planning, budgeting and forecasting;
  • Deliver cross manufacturing site insights including commentary and support the Finance Director and Finance Controller to drive company wide manufacturing and asupply chain initiatives;
  • Develop and implement planning and reporting templates to collect consistent information across Operations and Supply Chain enabling seamless submissions in COGNOS and clear reporting against targets;
  • Partner with Refresco UK senior leadership team to understand performance generate insights and drive improvements across UK sites;
  • Participate in the S&OP process to identify and raise issues and drive opportunities that improve financial performance;
  • Own the central functions and Head Office cost accounting and management.
About You- Available immediately for an Interim or Fixed Term Contract;- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified;- Previous team leadership experience - clear, organised, structured leadership and objective setting;- Able to influence internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the site General Managers, some members of the Refresco UK Senior Leadership team, and take part in the monthly S&OP process;- Able to challenge assumptions and push back when needed and provide sometimes uncomfortable insight and analysis in to site performance;- Used to working in a fast paced, demanding, agile, environment.About RefrescoOur drinks on every table.
