Job Description

Import/Export PlannerEast Midlands Gate, KegworthInitial 6 month contractmay extend as long as the business need is there!Up to £15.25 per hour PAYE/Up to £20.00 per hour via an umbrella company We have a fantastic initial 6-month contract opportunity for an Import/Export Planner to join a global supplier of world class engines in Kegworth, East Midlands Airport. Working in a fast-paced environment youll be responsible for the management and planningof Customer shipments.Daily tasks for the Import/Export Planner will include:

  • Reacting to orders
  • Managing shipments from picking to despatch
  • Working with Couriers
  • Completing import/export documentation
What were looking for from you:
  • Significant experience within a busy fast paced administrative environment
  • Ability to work closely with other teams onsite
  • Computer literateincluding using Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to maintain react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations.
  • Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail and problem-solving attributes
  • Experience of import/export and Customs warehouse environment highly advantageous
  • CHIEF, Ricardo, SAP or Salesforce experience would be an advantage
