Company description:Refresco UK have 6 manufacturing sites actross the UK and are part of Refresco based Rotterdam in the Netherlands, the worlds largest soft drinks manufacturer - 70 sites across 12 countries.Job description:Finance Manager - FMCG Manufacturing- Refresco UK - Kegworth (Leicestershire) Head Office - just off Junction 25 of the M1Competitive salary, annualbonus scheme,private healthcare, good company pension scheme nad hybrid working.Refresco, the worlds leading independent soft drinks manufacturer seeks a collaborative, structured, resilientFinance Manager, to lead the OperationsFinance Controlteam within the Refresco UK Finance function.With your team you willwork closely with the Refresco UK sites to provide them,insight and robust financial analysis and also challenge existing and future costs as well as capital expenditure.You will lead the team to provide accurate management accounts, budgets and forecasts,and drill down to identify the key activity cost drivers for your internal stakeholders.Refresco is always changing, always innovating, always growing, our Financeteam is pivotal in helping us to achieve our targets and this role is central to us achieving outstanding performance levels across our6 UK sites.If you are an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with experience of a fast pace demanding environment in which you need to get hands on and can show you are an inspiring, collaborative team leader able to influnece and challenge internal stakeholderswhen required we wouldlike to hear from you!About the RoleAs Operations Finance Manager you will report to the Finance Controller and lead a team of 4. You will have already been in such a role, so are probably aware of these key main duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the planning and reporting cycles across Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement for 3 year planning, budgeting and forcasting;
  • Deliver cross manufacturing site insights including commentary and support the Finance Director and Finance Controller to drive company wide manufacturing and asupply chain initiatives;
  • Develop and implement planning and reporting templates to collect consistent information across Operations and Supply Chain enabling seamless submissions in COGNOS and clear reporting against targets;
  • Partner with Refresco UK senior leadership team to understand performance generate insights and drive improvements across UK sites;
  • Participate in the S&OP process to identify and raise issues and drive opportunities that improve financial performance;
  • Own the central functions and Head Office cost accounting and management.
About YouMost critically we need an outstanding people leader for this role. You will work closely with the site General Managers, some members of the Refresco UK Senior Leadership team,and take part in the monthly S&OP process. You will need to challenge assumptionsand push back when needed and provide sometimes uncomfortable insight and analysis in to site performances.You will need to be used toworking in a fast paced, demanding environment.Finally you will need to use your experience and knowledge to provide suggestions and insights for appropriate courses of action to address cost issues on the sites.About RefrescoOur drinks on every table.
