You willleadthe Customer Relationship Logistics team, building relationships with our key accounts, improving business performance through continuousimprovement of processes, aiming to achieve 99.9% order accuracy. You key aim is to help Refrescodeliver even better customer service in supply chain logisitcs and create a function which is considered by our customers to deliver excellent communication and relationship management.Refresco is always changing, always innovating, always growing, our Supply Chain Logistics team is pivotal in helping us to achieve our business performance targets and this role will helpyouto grow your Refresco career.If you have customer services experience with supply chain focus, and have previouslylead a team, preferablyin an FMCG (food & drink) environment we would like to hear from you!About the RoleYou will reportto ourHead of Logistics (Supply Chain), leading the Customer Relationships Logitics team, and be the main point of escalation for your customers in regards to logistics service levels. You will alsoreport regularly on serivce level performance,order progress, changes to order delivery schedules and lead the way in addressing service level issues. You wuill need to work with colleagues in other departments such as Production and Commercial so that together you provide the highest quality serviceto customers.Your key tasks and responsibilities are to:

  • Achieve agreedservice levels through excellent business performance whilst also minimising costs
  • Evaluate customer delivery performance and mitigate risk through implementation of continually improving process
  • Develop colaborative relationships with key customers, understand their demand and supply challenges, working with them to deliver to target
  • Lead and coach your Customer Relationaship team
  • Align supply chain communication internally so that a consistent message is realyed to customers from whichever part of Refresco they are liaising with
  • Work closely with the Forecast & Demand Manager and Planning Manager so that all understand the current challenges, issues are highlighted and resolved
  • Attend customer meetings at Refresco UK sites and at customers sites when needed
  • Achieve 99.9% order receipt accuracy, changingprocesses as necessary

You will need to have team leadership experience ideally in supply chain / logistics so that you can role moel and coach your team to develop their skills and expertise. You will be an excellent communicator, able to persuade and influenceinternally and externally to manage expectations regarding order accuracy and receipt.You will be highly numerate, comfortable working with data and analysing information, identifying key issues, bottlenecks and opportunities and youll need to be systems savvy.As you can probably conclude you will need to be very organised, methodical in your approach, detail conscious and able to deal with last minute and constant change in a very calm way!About RefrescoOur drinks on every table.
