Job Description

Senior Crude Oil Trader - Houston, TexasWe are working with a globally recognized firm who are looking to grow their Oil Trading Desk with an experienced Crude Oil trader.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop a regional physical crude trading book including asset backed and speculative physical cargoes, and hedging & speculative derivatives trading
  • To analyze where developmental opportunities in the market are, and to capitalize on these with your own ideas
  • Work with the current team to generate and implement new strategies across the trading business
  • Seek new customer accounts and opportunities regionally to sell and buy through relationship management, new applications, and meeting customer value in user requirements
Skills required:
  • 5+ years in Oil Trading
  • Crude Oil trading experience is preferable
  • Strong knowledge of the market
  • Right to work in the USA
