Store ManagerIvybridge, DevonAbout the OrganisationWith over 30 years of expertise, our client is a successful retailer offering premium products and services in all things country, be it clothing, shooting supplies or expert advice.They are now looking for a Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis and help oversee the efficient day-to-day running of their store in Ivybridge.The Benefits- Salary of £28,000 per annum plus bonus- Staff discountsThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join a fun and friendly team within our clients growing business.Your knowledge and expertise of the retail industry will be essential to their continued success and youll provide invaluable direction to their team, ensuring customers receive outstanding advice and support.So, if you are organised, enthusiastic and want to showcase your management skills, then apply today.The RoleAs the Store Manager, you will oversee the efficient and effective running of our clients store while managing a team of staff.Ensuring customers receive a first-class level of service will be an important aspect of your role, as will completing daily duties, from stock control and administration to managing their social media accounts.You will also manage our clients website, making sure all products are uploaded to the database and EPOS system.About YouTo be considered as a Store Manager, you will need:- Experience of managing a retail shop- People management experience- Great customer service skills- The ability to use social media and contribute to building brand awareness online- Excellent organisation skills- Proficiency in ITRetail EPOS experience would be beneficial to your application but is not essential.Please note, the working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week. Our clients opening hours are 9:0017:30 Monday to Saturday, and 10:0016:00 on a Sunday.
