Job Description

If you are looking for an opportunity to join a fantasticcharity and advance your career in HR then this is for you. My client is looking for a senior HR advisor to join the team and support the Trust in a generalist capacity. Experience in a HR role isessential and ideally you will have CIPD level 5 or equivalent.You will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the Trust to deliver an effective and people orientated HR service to the business
  • Support the Trust to provide professional and timely HR solutions, advice and support across the service, with a primary focus on the day to day management and implementation of grievance, discipline, dignity at work and attendance management cases
  • Provide proactive specialist HR advice and support to managers in the application of core HR policies and procedures, terms and conditions, employment law and HR best practice
  • Ensure co-ordination and consistency of advice through regular liaison and exchange of ideas and best practice
  • Assisting with all areas of the recruitment function including vacancy advertisements, job descriptions and interviewing
This role is also part time on 30 hours a week (negotiable) and will be based fully on site.
