Due to winning a number of lucrative contracts they are looking to recruit a QuantitySurveyor to join their well-established commercial team.In this role you will be carrying out Civil activities to maximize project profitability. Your responsibilities will include:* Support the delivery of day to day projects and programmes of work.* Preparation of budget estimates, cost plans and client reports.* Evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.* Support risk and value management.* Support contract administration including preparation of valuations, forecasts, cost reports and attending project meetings.* Achieve all objectives as required in line with project requirements.This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with a civils background and experience of industry standard contracts including NEC. You will ideally have experience within either the Water, Utilities, Civils Infrastructure or Rail sectors but theyoffer excellent cross training to fully upskill the right candidate.
