Purchase Ledger Clerk - Ivybridge - £21-21,500Trial Balance Consulting have been engaged by a large, reputable, and longstanding manufacturing business based in Ivybridge who urgently seek to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. This is full time, permanent position which will be operatedon a blended office based/remote working arrangement, currently 3 days remote, 2 days office based (following training). The business operates from large, modern offices with free onsite parking.The role works as part of a friendly and experienced team and the successful candidate will report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader whilst working with one counterpart. Key responsibilities to include:- Inputting purchase ledger invoices to bespoke accounting system (full training provided)- Matching supplier invoices to PO numbers- Administer supplier payment runs- Reconciling payments against supplier invoices- Act as a first point of contact for supplier queries- Assist in preparation of payment runs- Prepare for annual auditThis is a fast-paced role that would suit a candidate with at least 12 months of recently gained experience in an accounts payable environment.
