Job Description

As the Internal Sales Engineer you will acquire business and process enquiries.

  • Answering all telephone and email sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Account management - raising quotations, order entry and liaising with operations
  • Following up quotations
  • Selling directly to existing clients and obtaining feedback on customer satisfaction levels
  • Generating new business (not through cold calling)
  • Travelling to meet with clients at their site as required
  • Achieving in-house milestones
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients maintaining service and support
To be successful in this role of Internal Sales Engineer we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Computer Literate
  • Background in mechanical and electrical engineering, full training will be provided
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts through all communication channels
