Job Description

Accounts Administrator, Ivybridge, £25,000The purpose of this jobAs AccountsAdministrator working within an established growing company, you will form part of a positive and friendly close-knit team. You will contribute to and ensure the smooth running of business and accounts administration. You will have the opportunity to really make this role your own and take on more responsibility across the business as you develop within your role.As the Accounts Administrator some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising customer invoices
  • Producing dispatch paperwork
  • Updating the Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Paying purchase orders
  • Calculating staff overtime and wage allocation
  • Processing sales orders
  • Providing general office administration support
As Accounts Administrator, you will have:
  • Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant/Administration role or similar
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An organised and efficient work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
