The successful candidate will be a key member of team and will have the opportunity to continually develop from in house training with our highly qualified Clinicalteams. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Speech and Language Therapywithin the school. You will undertake agreed delegated management responsibilities for example supervisions, appraisals, and audits. You will also work collaborativelywith other clinicians to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for autistic pupils with associated needs such as ADHD, social communication difficulties, sensory processing needs and trauma within these educational settings.Outcomes First Group uses a holistic, therapeutic approach to help our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Speech and Languageclinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatoryguidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. • Newly qualified candidates will be considered
• Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree
• Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
• Registered member of RCSLT
• Previous experience of paid or voluntary work within an educational or complex needs setting
• Experience within the specialist client group. (Complex communication issues relating to autism, including language disorder, sensory impairment, learning disabilities/difficulties and associated challenging behaviour)
• Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated speciality Knowledge of a range of assessment tools and evidence of skilled application relevant to the specialist client group
• Ongoing evidence of CPD related to specific client group
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
