An opportunity for an experienced school site manager to work for a lovely local school within a brandnew building andstunning grounds.The ideal candidate will have proven experience having worked within a similar role and will bring with them the passion and energy required to successfully manage the building, grounds and lettings within a pioneering educational group.40 hour week - 52 weeks per yearRole purposeResponsible for the building and grounds of the school, liaising every day with the management teamon all aspects of looking after the site, to include cleaning and security.Line manage andoversee the duties of the site and lettings teams.Advise the School Business Managerof suggested improvements to the general school environment and outdoor area.Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure both KPIs and SLAs are met.Advise on Health and Safety practices and ensure guidelines are followed at all times.Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children in accordance with the schools safeguarding and child protection policy.If this role is of interest and you would like to gain further details, please do either apply or contact our Staines office.
