What youll do Leading the care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residentssafety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users. Who you are An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationshipswith residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement. We provide specialist nursing and respite care for older people who have Alzheimers or other forms of dementia,and we also offer compassionate end of life care.Our friendly and highly skilled team offers each resident one-to-one care in a relaxed, homely atmosphere. We have a great deal of experience in supporting individuals who have complex care needs arising from advanced dementia.We work closely with residents and their families to develop personalised care plans that take into account each persons experiences, interests and preferenceswe find out about everything from what they do and dont enjoy doing to the times they liketo get up and go to bed.We offer residents choices about how they want to be cared for and supported, and treat each person with dignity and respect.
