Our clients are a market leading and established independent estate agent and they are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Property Manager who can work within their busy and successful Isleworth branch.Job Title Property Manager The ideal candidate should have 1yr min experience in property Management.Must be fully aware of lettings and property Legislation and lettings process.Must be well mannered, presentable, and have extraordinary customer service and trouble shooting skills.The role will include:Running a diary for Gas safety certificatesDealing with maintenance issuesCo-ordinating contractorsLeasing with landlords regarding quotes for worksPAT (portable appliance testing)Serving section 21, 8 and 13 noticesTenancy renewalsDriving licence and access to own vehicle would be an advantage but not essential.Hours of work are Monday- Friday 9.am to 6 pm.
