Job Description

They have been runningfor over 16 years providing care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. They are appointing a Nursery Manager to join their brand new nursery.The Role:The role will be responsible for using your strategic leadership skills, to develop staff, the service and to ensure continuous improvement.

  • This is an Ideal role for someone who wants to develop a new service, build a new staff team and make a difference to the lives of vulnerable young children with neurodevelopmental diversity.
  • You will be working with the Ofsted framework and making sure all children are safeguarded and have the chance to develop to ensure an incredible future.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • This role requires you to have knowledge or experience with SEN and Autism.
  • You need to have a strategic mindset and have experience of managing a team with experience working with young children. You also need to be level 3 qualified or higher.
