Join in.What youll do:* From box sets to Broadband, youll be responsible for the design execution of NOW marketing emails, as well as all transactional/CRM customer journey related emails.* Design, organise and coordinate the preparation of digital assets for launch for CRM campaigns from concept to final hand-off to marketing partners.* Work closely with the Email Marketing Executives to help strategise, optimise and build new campaigns.* Support our wider Customer Value teams with UI/UX projects and journeys to help drive our business goals.* Youll join an in-house design team where youll help shape new trends and initiatives, as well as optimising and improving our existing customer journeys.What youll bring:* A great portfolio that shows a passion, awareness and understanding for user-centred design best practices.* Lead by example by setting a benchmark for what good looks like by ensuring our marketing always look spectacular with confident, creative choices from our extensive image archive.* Always looking to find new ways to innovate - your skills and will be instrumental in ensuring our best box sets, movies and sport events are presented movingly to excite and engage our customers.* An attention to detail - you love to focus on the small stuff as well as the wider creative goals. * As well as being a teammate, collaborator and great communicator, youll also be comfortable working on your own, managing priorties and projects.* Mac literate, with excellent working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software.* An avid streamer - and knowledge - of the latest TV shows, movies and sport would be a plus.NOW Team OverviewEveryone at NOW is a fan of our movies, shows and sport.
