  • You must be able to demonstrate acan-do, hands-on attitude, with a burning desire to learn.
The CompanyThe Learning Tree Childcare is an early years setting with an Out of School provision based in Isleworth, catering for children aged from 6 months to 11 years old. Their play harks back to days where they feel like every day is a real adventure and challenge.PersonSpecificationThe key skills and qualities ofaChildcare Practitionerare:
  • Experienced Level 3 practitioner who can work with 2-4 year olds
  • You must be willing to work at a high level and can demonstrate your abilities and interest in early years.
  • Proven track record of understanding the EYFS and delivering the best of what is needed for children in their early years as well as a good grasp of what is needed for each age group.
  • You must have a proven track record that demonstrates you are flexible in how you work with children in the early years.
  • You must have the ability to adapt to change, working in a busy environment with our experienced team.
