Our clients are an award winning independent Estate Agents in the Richmond area of London and they require an assistant Manager/Senior negotiator for their busy residential Sales department.If you are experienced and looking to join a dynamic team in a great working environment then this could be the role for you.Responsible for their own database of applicants, guide buyers from initial enquiry right through to completion.The process includes:Advising Buyers immediately of new properties to the market.Booking and accompanying buyers on viewings.Negotiating terms between the vendor and buyers.Liaising with Solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers.Generating, booking and carrying out valuations.Assisting with the smooth running of the office.Planning and carrying out Marketing campaigns.You must live in the Local are to be considered for this role.
