Job Description

Apprentice AdministratorThe post holder will play an important role within the corporate nursing team. The post holder will provide efficient and comprehensive administration support. This will include arranging meetings, creating and managing documents and diary management. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.Applicants will need to be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook with excellent accuracy in data input.The post holder will be offered the Business and Administration Diploma Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in order to develop their skills and knowledge. The post holder will be supported in the workplace to achieve the knowledge, skills and competencies required to successfully complete the diploma.On successful and timely completion of the Apprenticeship plus Performance Development Review by their manager, the post holder may be offered the substantive post under Band 3 Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions.Please note that this post is across our main sites.Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust has values that we summarise with a five letter word.
