Job Description

PART-TIME Administrative Assistant sought by leading Isleworth (TW7) based manufacturer and installer of high quality hand made timber windows and doors. A first class command of English, computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office(sound knowledge of Word and Excel is a must) and a professional telephone manner are essential.This is an office based permanent position that requires a person with good communication skills and the confidence to work on their own initiative and manage time effectively. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, reliable, organised and ableto cover all aspects of administration and office functions.The role would be for three days per week and flexibility with work times to suit child care could be accommodated.Salary: £13 per hour, 6 hours per day - 3 days per week by agreementKey characteristics:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience of office environment
  • Excellent command of oral and written English, including editing/proof reading skills
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Good typing skills - Microsoft word knowledge
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Ability to multi task
  • Must have a valid UK visa or work permit for a minimum of one year
  • Previous experience within the construction industry beneficial but not essential
