Job Description

How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*OFG are taking part in the 4 day working week trial!Become a 1:1 Teaching Assistant at Syon Manor College part of Options Autism and start working towards yours. This role would be supporting a child who needs support from someone who is able to speak Hindu.

Syon Manor College is a new post-16 provision for young people with autism and complex needs. Each individual has a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs. They haveso much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys bespoke to them.You will help support the class teacher/tutor in order to ensure the delivery of a high-quality education for all students. You will support the teacher and/or tutor to all education policies and procedures are implemented in full. To support the classteacher and/or tutor in organising the classroom, its resources, student groupings and displays to provide a stimulating learning situation appropriate for students with autistic spectrum disorder.You will face challenges and overcome them as you flourish and thrive, sharing your skills and learning from others as your career takes you as high as you always dreamed you could go.Every day will be different, but you will have all the support you need, with lots of skills and experience to draw on along with valuable advice and guidance too.Who we are looking forYou dont need any experience to join our team.
