We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and Kitchen team at our 5* establishment. If you are passionate about creating mouth watering food with the best ingredients the Aberdeenshire larder has to offer then we would loveto hear from you.The job will involve being the number 2 in the kitchen to the Head Chef, delivering quality fresh plates of food, training junior staff, developing new seasonal dishes and running service on the Head Chefs days off.The role requires 5 days from 7 including weekend work. Straight shifts, lunch and dinner service.Location: Aberdeenshire (15 Mins North West of Aberdeen)Requirements
