We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.The roleWe deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in their own homes. This includes minimal personal care, domestic support, health and safety, administrative work, medication and supportingwith budgets, finances and befriending.You will be supportingindividuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues andcomplex needsso experience in the field of challenging behaviour, autism and learning disability is desirable, however full training will be provided.You must have good communication skills, be able to use your own initiative and be aware of care standards and SSSC requirements as a professional worker.An enhanced Adult and Child PVG is required for this role. Due to the nature of the role and current service users we would require a driver for this post.Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities.
