Job Description

Operations CoordinatorImminghamTemporary minimum 12-month contract £11 - £12.50 per hourThis role is without an employer of choice, and they are looking for someone to join their team who has a good level of IT skills is comfortable following processes whilst always delivering a high standard of customer services. Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles onto the site are using the correct documentation
  • Coordination and issuing driver documentation
  • Act as first point of contact for all driver queries, requests, and inductions
  • Providing reports on a regular basis ensuring that any issues are flagged up
  • On an adhoc basis you will deliver inductions and ensure that the arrivals and departure of vehicles runs smoothly.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience of working within transport or a weighbridge would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
  • Confident IT user regarding Microsoft Outlook including Excel
  • Previous experience of working within a customer service environment is essential
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and often problem solve to get the right outcome
  • This is a temporary role for 12 months but has potential to be extended or go permanent for the right candidate
In return youll receive:This role is paid on an hourly rate of between £11ph to £12.50 ph. The hours of work are 8am to 4.30 pm.
