Being our TalentAcquisition and Early Careers Manager, you and your team will have an involvement in all aspects of our recruitment.Managing the Talent Acquisition Consultants and Coordinator, you and the team will cover both operational and commercial recruitment across the UK and Ireland. Youll need to be a passionate leader who gives the team the platform to grow and the freedomand autonomy to use their experience to recruit the best people for our business, whilst being on hand to steer the team within the overarching strategy.Not only will you have a strong involvement with the recruitment of Senior Leaders within the business, but youll be also managing our apprenticeship recruitment and the development of our existing colleagues in line available apprenticeship standards.Youll have complete ownership of the Graduate Recruitment from advert, through to screening, video interviewing and management of the Assessment Centre. Youll then be planning the onboarding and events and placements throughout our graduates 2-year programmealong with attending events and owning the full attraction piece.Its a full-on role but rewarding to see colleagues, graduates and apprenticeships grow within the business.
