Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing are proud to partner with a leading manufacturer with sites across the UK in the recruitment of their Site Operations Manager.This is a key hire for our client, it will operate from their site in Immingham and be responsible for maximising business performance across all business critical areas, including but not limited to Production, QHSE, Continuous Improvement, Contract Managementand Budget Control.This Operations Manager duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to-Day to day management and responsibility for the site, working closely with R&D and the cross functional departments on site-You will be responsible for the plant performance and driving a high level of safety and quality throughout-Lead all business operations: Health & Safety; Service; continuous improvement; Client organisation; Quality and identifying New business opportunities-Deliver succession plans to create high performing teams-Drive forward new business initiatives and identifying further business opportunitiesElevation Engineering & Manufacturing are keen to speak with senior Operations professionals who possesses the following:-Educated to Degree level (ideally in a technical field) -Minimum of 5 years Senior Management experience within engineering/manufacturing, knowledgeable with H&S / employment legislation-Desirable industry background would include: Chemicals, aggregates, metals processing or related-Demonstrable experience leading process improvements and implement change where optimisation and capital projects are concerned-Budget management experienceElevation Engineering and Manufacturing are keen to speak to people that may have similar job titles such as: Operations Manager; Manufacturing Manager; Production Manager; Site Manager, Plant Manager, Head of Manufacturing and Factory Manager.If this role is of interest and you meet the above criteria please apply today and a member of the team will be in touch.
