An independent community pharmacy are seeking for a driven pharmacist manager to grow and develop their brand new branch. Our client is seeking for an individual who can lead the team and enhance current services as well as develop new and innovative services. The current script volume is around 4,500 items per month, therefore ideally we are looking for an experienced managerwho has had previous success in increasing script volume - or an enthusiastic and driven pharmacist who is keen to take on a challenge. We provide ongoing support and training to help you train and manage your team, grow your clinical skills, as well as developyour ideas and focus on achieving your goals - this includes support to complete the independent prescribing course. This is a full time Mon-Fri & alternating Saturdays role, however, we can be flexible to accommodate your preferred working patterns as bestwe can.**We also offer Tier 2 Sponsorship **Key Duties
