Were looking for a replacement HR Advisor due to a recent promotion, who will join our team in Immingham.Our business is growing and with this comes great opportunities for the development of our colleagues. Its a real clich, but there is an opening for an exciting but diverse HR Advisor to join our busy team. Reporting into our Senior HR Business Partner,youll be partnering our Ferry site in Immingham with some travel occasionally needed to our other sites in matters of escalation. The role will be a mix of working from home and our sites to ensure you have the right balance to remain visible delivering supportto our colleagues.Youll be partnering our sites in driving forward initiatives including the well-being of our colleagues and really understanding how our management teams and colleagues work. Youll need to be on hand to assist with any disciplinaries and grievances aswell as coaching our line managers to deliver effective resolutions and ensuring they have all the tools they need to be able to operate in the best way possible. We are looking for someone with 5 years plus HR experience in a similar industry. A person whois highly skilled in cultural change & engagement, alongside complex employee relations.
