Working closelywith our Operational departments youll be completing preparation for invoicing, accruals, and reports. Maintaining relevant information and providing supporting documents in accordance with customer requirements. Ensuring all documentation is correctly storedand recorded, so precise information can be available upon request. Attention to detail is critical, to ensure accuracy, which is paramount. Youll be consulting with customers and dealing with any queries which may arise, alongside aiding the AdministrationManager, so well need you to work quickly but accurately to ensure we are providing a great customer service. Previous knowledge of the shipping industry would be advantageous.We need you to have strong verbal, written & interpersonal skills as you will required to communicate and articulate to all levels of the business, clearly and concisely. In a role of this nature there are strict reporting timelines to meet and thereforeit is important you can exhibit the ability to manage workloads in a dynamic & demanding environment, to ensure objectives are achieved.
