Job Role: Sales Consultant 24 month contract Package: £26k + commission, pension Working hours: 10am - 5pm, 2 week rota (Monday to Friday followed by Tuesday to Saturday) My client is an award-winning developer, offering luxury living. They currently have a requirement for an experienced Sales Consultant to join a development based in West Yorkshire. The role - Sales Consultant Working on a new build development you will be selling 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments selling off-plan, arranging viewing to the show homes, managing the sale through to completion and helping new homeowners settle into their new apartment. Sales Consultant key responsibilities: " Identify each stage of the customer mind set and sales cycle to build trust and relationships that deliver sales targets " Set an example of professionalism, friendliness, good attitude, and manner at all times, to build and maintain a trust and rapport with colleagues and customers " Provide a high level of customer service and communication to exceed customer expectations " Be familiar with the Adlington lifestyle, apartment specification, sales and moving processes detailed in the sales process guide " Track the latest sales and marketing activity in order to give a knowledgeable service to customers " Be aware and keep up to date with relative current legislation / policies to offer advice and reassurance to customers during a sale " Work together with other members of the sales team to complete office administrative duties including taking calls, responding to email, booking appointments, and preparing sales literature for customers " Conduct viewings of the show apartments and wider community, and negotiate the sale of Adlington apartments " Be responsible for proactively following up all sales leads to convert them into reservation, and then onto legal completion " Perform your duties as a sales consultant in accordance with the " Consumer Code for Homebuilders " Display a high level of organisational skills to keep track of and coordinate key sales and completion dates " Liaise and communicate effectively with AMS, Customer Care Team and contractors to ensure apartments are ready for occupation " Be responsible for the general cleanliness and tidiness of the sales areas including marketing suite and show apartments " Report weekly sales activity to the Senior Sales Manager and senior colleagues Sales Consultant Requirements " Excellent customer service skills " Achieve a high conversion rate from visitors to reservations " Achieve a low cancellation ratio " Achieve a high customer satiation score through questionnaires issued to homeowners after legal completion " Empathy for our customer base and their influencers " Excellent communication skills " A willingness to be proactive and self-motivated " A positive attitude " Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Sales Consultant Essential Experience " Minimum 2-3 years in a customer facing role " Sales experience within the property industry, knowledge of the housing industry and knowledge of the buying and selling process are preferred but not essential To apply, please contact Deena at Fawkes & Reece for a confidential chat
