Residential Conveyancer sought to lead a small conveyancing team at the Ilkley branch office of a leading full service law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career into a supervisory position, working within a friendly team and with the role offering genuine scope for further career development. You will be either be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or a conveyancer with previous fee earning experience.Alongside managing a team of two, you will run a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to completion to include sales and purchase, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release.
