Project Manager - 55K + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 days holiday - Onsite Gym - Hybrid Working - Ilkley (20 minute train from Leeds & Bradford)We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join an established, technical organisation with offices in Ilkley (20 minute train from Leeds & Bradford). They have featured in both the The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and Financial Timesfast growing companies. This exciting opportunity will suit a Project Manager with experience in a broad range of internal projects from Change Management to Process Improvement. You will provide insight to all departments reporting into the COO and VP. The role will include identifying ways to improve process efficiency, researching solutions and implementing changes within the business. It is a very varied and fast-paced role but will give the successful candidate an amazing opportunity to get involved ina wide variety of projects across and work with stakeholders from all areas of the business.Project Manager Experience:* Define project requirements, taking into account business priorities and strategic goals.* Take responsibility for programme planning to align objectives, roadmap, features, resource requirements etc.* Take ownership of the governance and integrity of the programme and managing risks to the programmes successful outcome.* Communicate project value proposition and programme roadmaps for business review.* Manage issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams effectively.* Encourage and facilitate collaboration between all teams involved in the project (such as technical and sales) to help ensure successful outcomes for key projects.* Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to help ensure alignment between programme strategy and execution.* Plan, track, monitor, and report on key programmes. The emphasis will be on iterative and agile programme delivery rather than taking a rigid approach to project management.* Establish metrics indicating programme health/progress and drive forward corrective action when needed.* Drive clear communication on programme status with stakeholders at all levels - including the people immediately involved in the project and the Executive Director Team* Accountable for the successful outcome of programmes (measured as delivering on key You will be a motivated Project Manager with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position.
