They are looking for someone with a flair for marketing andevent organisation, a creative mindset and a keen willingness to learn and develop their skillsetThis is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a long term career, within a broad marketing role where you will be working across a wide variety of marketing strategies and campaignsThe role also offers training and development with the aim to progress your career, generous financial rewards, great company benefits package and a vibrant, energetic working environment.Responsibilities include:

  • Involved in marketing strategies to develop awareness of SmartSearch platform
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan, deliver and monitor a range of marketing campaigns
  • Produce creative content for use across all marketing channels
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, exhibition and recruitment fairs
  • Conduct market research exercises, executive client and prospect email campaigns
  • Create internal and external newsletters and source advertising opportunities
  • Work with creative agencies to design, plan and market materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Liase with designers and printers and organise photoshoots
Key Skills:
  • Marketing/business related degree or direct experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in event organisation and marketing via social media channels
  • A creative mindset, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Initiative, proactivity with good attention to detail
  • Strong time management, content writing and researching skills
  • Experience in campaign management, including email campaign software
