Brook Street is recruiting for a well-established Builder to work for a family run construction company, with an excellent reputation serving Ilkley and surrounding areas. You will join the existing team working on varying sized home extensions as well as somefabulous new projects all within the local area.Salary: Up to £37,000.00 per yearRequirements" Proven experience General Builder, proficient in bricklaying, stonework" Hold a full driving licence" Have access to own vehicle " Ability to set out work without supervision" Keeping to agreed timescales" Working within Health & Safety Guidelines" Building experience up to 5 years " Must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)" Be a strong team player & have a good work ethic" Own tools desirable but not essentialBenefits" 8-hour shift with 30-minute lunch and 2 15-minute break " Competitive pension scheme " Monday to Friday with overtime
