Job Description

Working for the Aftersales Department, you will be required to undertake servicing of industrial combustion systems on supplied equipment along with other OEMs equipment in the field. In line with your developing skills and experience you will also be expected to service non-combustion equipment as the business needs require.Client DetailsA market leading equipment manufacturer based in West Yorkshire.Description

  • Conduct burner services at customers premises.
  • Commission new equipment.
  • Undertake Energy surveys.
  • Fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Report writing.
  • Undertake training provided by the Company, to ensure your skills remain flexible to service equipment in line with the needs of the business.
    • Main types of equipment to be serviced as follows but this is not an exhaustive list: -
  • Box and L-type bread provers.
  • Impingement oven.
  • Chemical coating oven.
  • Curing oven.
  • Travelling band food ovens.
  • High efficiency food coolers.
  • Regenerative Thermal Oxidisers. (RTO).
  • Regenerative Catalytic Oxidisers. (RCO).
  • Thermal Recuperative Oxidisers.
  • Catalytic Recuperative Oxidisers.
  • Direct-Fired Thermal Oxidisers. (DFTO).
    • Profile
  • An experienced Combustion Engineer with industrial and commercial burner experience.
  • A relevant industrial gas qualification would be an advantage.
  • Experience on Comtherm, Maxon, Eclipse, Weishaupt burners preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of EN746-2:2010.
  • FMCG experience is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical / electronic controls.
  • Customer focus experienced working within a service environment, and Field Service experience.
  • Can demonstrate practical hands on knowledge of carrying out basic services on industrial plant.
