Job Description

Administration Assistant - Finance Excellent Career Progression Opportunities Leeds - LS29 My client are an international leading corporate finance business, looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and investigation.Working within a unique business, you will assist the team with helping source and research investment opportunities for the team to follow up on.As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:

  • Researching and identifying all relevant business for sales opportunities
  • Documenting all new investment opportunities onto in-house systems - attention to detail is imperative for this role
  • Managing relationships with clients and vendors, including new engagements
  • Being able to work using your own initiative to help research new opportunities
  • Working in a reactive and fast paced environment
  • Creating reports from the data contained within the inhouse systems
As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
  • Ideally educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient user of all Microsoft Packages
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines
