Job Description

AccountantThe role

  • A varied portfolio of SME & self employed accounts preparation and personal and company tax for review by Director.
  • General accountancy related tasks.
  • Managing client queries in a timely and professional manner and communicating with HMRC and Companies House including submission of financial accounts.
The role will primarily involve working directly with Clients and the Directors of the business.The business is relaxed and has a friendly working environmentProfile / Requirements:Must be familiar with Xero.Must be able to prepare company accounts, company tax, along with basic personal tax returns and self employed accounts. Book-keeping and VAT also required.Must work in practice.Minimum qualification AAT (fully qualified) and ideally chartered (looking for first move/progression).Must have excellent communication skills both face to face and grammar as role will have client contact.Would require the staff member to work in office predominately.Would report to the Directors of the business.Excellent career opportunities and would look for the candidate to develop over the coming years into a senior position and also business development so excellent opportunity to progress if they have the aptitude.Please apply now for this excellent opportunity...
