Please keep an eye out for our email.JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for Role Models to join us as Residential Child Care Support Workers in a Childrens Home based in Ilford, Essex. The organisation is a local social enterprise that has been established in Salisbury for over 30 years.The organisation takes a Therapeutic proactive approach when caring for children, this role is challenging yet a rewarding one. The children have experienced childhood trauma which can lead to behaviours of concern, as role models and working as a ResidentialChild Care Support Worker, you will be supporting the children through this in a loving a nurturing way and turning childrens lives around every day.As a Residential Child Care Support Worker part of the role involves sleep ins, this is integral to the consistent continued support the organisation gives their children, you will need to be able to commit to at least 2-3 of these per week, you will bepaid an additional £36 per sleep in.The children are aged between 7 and 12 upon admission and the childrens homes range from single bed homes to 5-6 bedded homes, they are currently recruiting for their fantastic 4-bedded childrens home in Ilford in Essex.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSAs the Residential Child Care Support Worker, you will have the following:
