Job Description

London Teaching Pool Ltd have been operating in the Education recruitment sector since 2006 and are proud to provide recruitment solutions to schools across London and the Home Counties. Based in Hainault situated in the London Borough of Redbridge, our office is just 20 minutes from Westfield Stratford.Due to expansion and career progression within the company we are seeking an ambitious resourcer to work within our Secondary education team.This is a permanent role starting ASAP.The main purpose of the Recruitment Resourcer will be to support high volume recruitment for our clients. Duties for the Recruitment Resourcer will include:

  • Advertise jobs to attract the best talent
  • Manage applications and recruitment database
  • Conduct phone interviews
  • Arrange face to face interviews with store managers and coordinate trial shifts
  • Keep applicants updated of their applications by phone and email
    • The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced recruitment role ideally from an agency background
  • Experience in high volume recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in call handling and speaking to people over the phone
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT proficient, including MS Office packages and online recruitment tools and databases
