SIG Penrose is looking for a talented and passionate Night Support Manager to join our services supporting people with personality disorders to resettle in the community and lead happy, healthy lives, free from crime. The Night Support Manager will provide leadership and management of the night staff team delivering the Offender Personality Disorder Housing and Support Service and ensure provision of robust risk management, sharing information with full staff team, probation and other partners to help keep your service users safe.As part of the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway, SIG Penrose will provide supported accommodation for 12 men and 4 women across three residential sites in Lambeth, Lewisham and Redbridge, with this role being based either in Lewisham or Redbridge, where you will be included on the duty rota. Travel between both sites will be required to carry out line management responsibilities to night staff.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference supporting some of the most complex people in the criminal justice system and helping make communities safer.
