Job Description

Interim 3-6 months for existing Local Authority Housing Technology Programme - outside of IR35. £850 per day LTDA delivery-focused hands-on IT Programme Manager to manage delivery of multiple IT projects for the local authorities Housing Technology Programme.The Programme Manager will ensure:

  • Effective handover from the current programme lead.
  • Near-term delivery is maintained.
  • A programme/project review is conducted, which may include Executive Sponsor driven revisions in scope and priority.
  • Revised Scope and potential Options moving forward are understood.
  • Informed Sponsors agree the way forward - revised Programme Schedule - and this is clearly articulated through the Programmes Roadmap.
  • The programme delivers to the Sponsors agreement - the Roadmap.
The ideal candidate:
  • Must have hands-on experience of formal project and programme management. in governed and agile environments, with strong delivery focus.
  • Should have experience of Programme turn-around/revision
  • Should have experience dealing with senior stakeholders and presenting at Board-level.
  • Should have experience delivering Local Authority Housing solutions and technology.
  • Should understand current Digital agendas in Public Sector.
