Job Description

Hard FM Manager £30-£35phEssex We are assisting an NHS client in Essex, to recruit a Hard FM Contract Monitoring Managerfor Estates & Facilities. The position will initially start as a 6-month contract with a view to go permanent. The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a similar position either contract or client side.Overview:

  • Deputise for the Associate director of Estates & Facilities on Hard FM matters.
  • Day to day contract management and monitoring of the Hard FM service provided by the FM provider at On site and off-site premises
  • Monitoring of Reactive and PPM tasks carried out by the FM provide or the specialist contractors.
  • Participate in environment audits and other compliance audits around Hard FM
  • Reviewing and approval of reactive monthly reactive recharges and any hard FM variations.
  • Review and approving small works an ensuring VFM.
  • Manage small work projects.
  • Contributing and authoring Hard FM section of the monthly Trust E&F report.
  • Assist with production of ERIC and PAM submission data and validating the data
  • Participate in PLACE audit.
  • Participate in Trust Safety Groups (e.g. electrical, ventilation, water management, medical gas H&S steering group and IPC committee)
  • Must have excellent knowledge and experience of Hospital Estates services
