Do you want to support the most vulnerable children in your community Be in a job that challenges and give you a huge sense of achievement Do you have the passion to work with vulnerable students but dont have the necessary qualifications requiredTeaching Personnel has been working with a Pupil Referral Unit in Ilford for many years and it is looking for a Teaching Assistant to start in September. The role is requiring you to work in small classes of around 5-10 students who has Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This is a full-time role from 8:30- 3:30 . The pay is GBP65-85 dependant on experience per day and will be a permanent position.It is essential that you have experienced working in an SEN setting with challenigng behaviours and are keen to provide support as a role model for pupils but more important to this school is the right attitude. If you dont have any specific school based experienced it is important to have the following:A batchelors degree in Psychology, Sociology or any subject relevant to Special Educational Needs - OR - Experience working with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities - OR - Classroom experienceIf this is of interest to you or you want to find out more, please get in touch immediately so we can short list you.
