Are you interested in working as valued member of a new and expanding teamWe are seeking a highly motivated Band 3 Administrator to form a part of our exciting Long COVID Rehabilitation Team on a fixed term contract of 1 year (with potential for extension).The Long COVID service is aligned to Central Government and NHS England/Improvement (NHSE/I) guidance on treating patients recovering from COVID 19.The long COVID team provide high quality, patient centred, goal orientated rehabilitation within both an outpatient clinic based at King George Hospital, and community settings.The team promote independence and self-management throughout the continuum of care. To achieve this, we also utilise technologies to better patient experience during the COVID 19 Pandemic, ie. provision of virtual / telephone consultation should patients require.The Long COVID team forms part of the Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS) which is a large multidisciplinary community team offering an alternative to hospital bed-based rehabilitation, supporting patients to recover at home in a less restrictive environment.As part of the Long COVID Rehabilitation team, you will be working closely with multidisciplinary clinicians, Long-Term conditions services, the Local Authority, BHRUT and the BHR CCG’s in the administrator role.The successful candidate will work as part of the team based in the Goodmayes Hospital setting but will also be expected to interface with other NELFT and BHRuT services and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery is of a high quality.As a valued member of the rehabilitation pathway we can offer you:
